How has it made your work/life easier?

It has completely removed the stress of manually tracking employee hours and locations by using a simple app on their phones. I no longer have to spend my working hours chasing down paper timesheets or trying to figure out who was actually on-site.

What feature doesn’t work as expected?

The facial recognition feature sometimes struggles to identify staff members quickly if the lighting in the room is a bit too dim. I also noticed that the GPS tracking can occasionally show a slight delay in updating the map when my team moves between different job sites.

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

I think the process for approving time-off requests could be a lot more direct so I don't have to navigate through multiple screens for each person. It would also be great if I could edit many schedules for the entire month instead of having to adjust them one by one.

What was your first impression when you started using it?

This platform is very useful for us because it can track workers to know that they are on the site without actually monitoring them in person. It has clear visibility and shift schedules and changes for employees.

Have you experienced any bugs or errors?

Problems that we usually encounter is if your in a place with low lights the biometric cannot detect facial recognition. It can drain battery and data usage also.

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

Maybe they can add privacy dashboard for employees and create a battery saving mode for workers. So far, everything is working perfectly

In some works, your co workers can clock others because of how the system is not strict but by the use of this platform, it has facial recognition to really detect that you are on the site. This system also works offline.

What do you like best about this product?

Very convenient to use as my team can clock in and out using any digital devices like in their phones, tablets, or even in their PCs. It also tracks their location with grate GPS tracker when you log the time in. Also amazes me that it can use facial recognition to verify identity as it also manages shifts, schedules, and even overtime.

What’s been frustrating in your experience?

None. It does its job and very convenient to use. It has improved productivity and attendance since I used this software in my team.

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

Maybe not to add too much tools and features that may confuse new users. This can overwhelm beginners. Simpler and useful tools can be good.
