How to Cancel YouLi

To cancel your YouLi subscription, follow these steps carefully to ensure the process is completed correctly:

Access Your Account

• Log in to your YouLi account and navigate to the ACCOUNT section.

Manage Your Plan

• Under the ACCOUNT section, go to User Profile and find the MANAGE MY PLAN option. Click on this to open the Customer Portal.

Cancel Your Subscription

• In the Customer Portal, locate your current plan and click on the Cancel plan button. This will cancel your subscription at the end of the current subscription period.

Important Timing Considerations

• To avoid any charges, ensure the cancellation is processed at least 72 hours before the renewal of your subscription. If you cancel within 30 days after the renewal, the cancellation will be reviewed, and a portion of the subscription fee may be refunded, subject to YouLi’s determination.

Deleting Your Account and Data

• If you wish to delete your YouLi account and all associated data, you need to open a ticket with the YouLi Support Team. Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data and files.

Additional Notes

• Cancellations must be processed through the MANAGE MY PLAN option. Requests to cancel via email, support chat, or ticket will not be considered valid cancellations.
• Once the cancellation is processed, your community membership will remain active until the end of the term, but no further charges will be made to your card.
• Refund requests are generally not accepted for lower plans, and any refunds for premium plans will be subject to YouLi’s review and may include service fees.
