How to Cancel Ziflow

To cancel your Ziflow subscription, follow these steps:

Notification of Non-Renewal

To avoid automatic renewal, you must provide written (including electronic) notice of non-renewal to Ziflow at least 30 days prior to the date of renewal.

Termination Process

• If you wish to terminate the contract early, you can do so if there is a material breach by either party. The other party may terminate the contract at the end of a written 30-day notice/cure period, if the breach has not been cured.

Steps to Cancel

• Log in to your Ziflow account and navigate to your account settings or subscription management area.
• Look for the option to cancel your subscription or provide notice of non-renewal. This is typically done through an electronic notification.

Post-Cancellation Actions

• Customer Content: You may extract your customer content prior to the end of the contract in accordance with Ziflow’s transition assistance policy. After the transition period, you will no longer be able to access the customer content via the service, and Ziflow may destroy any remaining customer content.
• Refund: If the contract is terminated by you, Ziflow will refund any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term after the date of termination. If terminated by Ziflow, you must pay any unpaid fees.
• Return of Property: You must destroy or return all property of Ziflow upon request and confirm in writing your compliance with this requirement.

Additional Considerations

• The expiry or termination of the contract will not prejudice or affect the accrued rights, remedies, obligations, or liabilities of the parties existing at the date of termination.
• Ensure you receive confirmation from Ziflow that your subscription has been canceled to avoid any further charges.
