How to Cancel Zoho Analytics

To cancel a subscription for Zoho Analytics, you can follow these steps, which are generally applicable to most Zoho products with similar subscription management systems.

Canceling Subscriptions Through Zoho Billing

For Administrators

  • Go to the Subscriptions module from the left sidebar in the Zoho Billing web application.
  • Click on the subscription that you want to cancel.
  • Click the More dropdown and select Cancel Subscription.
  • In the pop-up that follows, you can choose to cancel the subscription immediately or at the end of the current term.

For Customers via the Customer Portal

  • Ensure that the cancellation option is enabled by the administrator:
    • Navigate to Settings > Preferences > Subscription Management under Customer Portal.

    • Check the Cancel Subscriptions option.
    • Choose whether customers can cancel their subscriptions immediately or on the next renewal.
    • Click Save.

  • Log into their Zoho Analytics account and access the Customer Portal.

  • Find and select the subscription they want to cancel.
