What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?

The biggest benefit that I have noticed is if you are running fitness studios/gyms, yoga, dance studios, salons & spas this product is great to see or maintain your customers booking details, payments, memberships all using this product. And there is this cool feature which automatically sends notifications/reminders to customers regarding the offers which they may not know, and the customers don't have to call and ask about offers.

Have you experienced any bugs or errors?

I haven't found out any bug/error so far.

What new feature would you love to see added?

I feel this product lags in third party integrations for example WhatsApp. These days most of us use WhatsApp than normal text messages so it could be better for customers for the heads-up about offers via third parties integrations.

8/10, as all the details of customers can be tracked easily without hurdles. This product is beneficial the customer as well as the business owners too. No one has to juggle about the data.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?

The marketplace exposure to 2.4M users helps with client acquisition. Booking system is straightforward for clients and automated reminders reduce no-shows. Reporting gives solid insights into attendance and revenue. Support is available 24/7 which helps when issues pop up.

What do you dislike about this product?

Had to sign a 12-month contract with no trial before even seeing the software. Performance has gotten really slow since the last update, especially after 3-4 clicks. Package setup is confusing and keeps adding sessions back incorrectly. Mobile app is limited for business management. No 2FA security option is concerning. Onboarding took almost 8 weeks.

What’s still missing for your needs?

Needed an all-in-one solution for scheduling, payments, and client management. The marketplace could help with growth but evaluating if it's worth the premium price versus competitors. Better mobile functionality would be a game changer.

Only recommend for established studios with stable revenue who can handle the contract and price. Newer businesses should look at options with trials and flexible terms.

Mindbodyonline is helpful for handling bookings, schedules, and client management in one place. It makes the daily side of running appointments and services feel more organized.

What’s been frustrating in your experience?

Nothing major stood out to me. I did not run into anything special here, but some parts of the system can feel a little busy at times.

How could the product save you more time or money?

I would probably make the interface a little simpler. It works, but a cleaner layout would make it feel easier day to day.

I would give it an 8 because it is useful and does the main job well. I am not going higher only because I think the overall experience could still feel smoother.
