How to cancel Typesense

Typesense offers self-hosted open-source deployment (no subscription) and Typesense Cloud (managed SaaS). For self-hosted: No cancellation needed; stop running the server or delete data.

For Typesense Cloud:

  • Log into your Typesense Cloud dashboard.
  • Navigate to your cluster/organization settings.
  • Select ‘Delete Cluster’ or ‘Downgrade to Free’ if available.
  • Confirm deletion; data is permanently removed.
  • API access ends immediately.
