    What feature do you use most often?
    I use the custom field mapping the most to make sure data from the emails actually lands in the right spots without me touching it. It made my workflow more easier than the usual.
    What do you dislike about this product?
    The setup is pretty overwhelming because there are so many screens and tiny checkboxes that it’s easy to get lost. The documentation is really long and technical, so finding a quick answer takes a really long time.
    What problem did this product solve for you?
    This tool allowed us to clean up the formatting and route emails to the right teams automatically so nothing falls through the cracks.

    It enhances Atlassian tools. It builds plugins or other app for Atlassian software as an extension. It handles email, tracks user switching, and tracks logging and monitoring tools.
    What slows you down when using it?
    None. It works really well as an Atlassian extension. Works smoothly and well with other tools. Very convenient to use.
    Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
    It has complex configuration. It has many apps and lots of settings which seems to be confusing and overwhelming to new users.

    What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
    The workflow feels smooth and not stressful at all. I can get things done without jumping between too many steps
    What feels confusing or hard to use?
    At first some buttons were not super clear but I figured it out after a bit probably just me not exploring enough.
    What could make it even better?
    Maybe adding a bit more guidance for new users would help like small tips when starting out.
