How to Cancel Personizer

To cancel your subscription to Personizer, follow these steps:

Canceling Your Subscription

Only the admin of the account can cancel the subscription.

1. Access the Settings Section:

   • Click on the Settings option located at the bottom left of the Personizer interface.

2. Navigate to Subscription:

   • Once the page has loaded, select Subscription from the settings menu.

3. Review and Cancel:

   • You will see an overview of your subscription. If you want to cancel, select a reason for canceling and fill in all the required fields.

4. Confirm Cancellation:

   • Click on the Cancel Subscription button to initiate the cancellation process.

5. Complete the Process:

   • After canceling, click on the Done button to complete the process.

Post-Cancellation

• Your subscription will be canceled, but your data will still be kept for a period. If you wish to permanently delete your data, you need to contact the Personizer support team.
