To cancel your Twine Pro subscription, follow these steps:

  • Click on "Manage your subscription" at the bottom of the settings page.

Canceling the Subscription

  • Once authenticated, you will be able to manage your subscription.
  • Select the option to cancel your Twine Pro subscription.

Post-Cancellation

  • After canceling, you will not be charged further for the subscription.
  • Your Twine Pro subscription will expire automatically at the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • You will still have access to the service until the end of this paid period.

Refunds

  • Twine does not offer refunds if you have used the service during the subscription period you’ve paid for.
  • For monthly plans, refunds are available if requested within 7 days of the payment date and if the subscription has not been used (e.g., no pitches submitted, no Instagram promotion services utilized).
  • For annual plans, full refunds are available if requested within 14 days of the payment date and if the subscription has not been used. Partial refunds may be considered in some cases outside of these terms.

Re-subscription

  • If you decide to re-subscribe, you can do so at any time by managing your subscription settings.
