How to Cancel FreeBusy

To cancel your FreeBusy subscription, follow these steps:

Go to the Subscriptions page on your FreeBusy account.
Click on your subscription under the Manage Subscription section.
Navigate to the Licenses tab.
Click on the Stop Recurring Billing option.

Important Notes

Canceling your subscription will stop recurring billing, but it will not affect the billing or plan benefits for the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the plan you purchased until the end of the current billing cycle, also known as your renewal date.
Full or partial refunds of already paid amounts are not available.
Your renewal date is displayed on the Licenses tab.
