the social profile enrichment works well and helps with LinkedIn and Twitter without me having to manually research everyone
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
The email integration is inconsistent, sometimes the threads dont show up

proper reporting because right now there's no clean way to see deal progression over time without exporting everything

What was your first impression when you started using it?
I was first impressed by looking at the simple UI which is very user friendly it has. It reminds you what's the tasks that's there for you for today and the upcoming deals for you. Especially the workflows feature is great. From accounting till support, you can create workflows and do the follow-up's by creating templates.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
I'm not sure is its bug or the intended behavior but as far as my observations I couldn't delete my created workflows. For e.g., created a workflow and then I changed my mind to delete it in that case how can I delete my workflow? Note: There is archive option which shows delete icon, but the message shows as "Are you sure you want to archive"?
What new feature would you love to see added?
I would love to see complete delete option instead of archive.

8/10, as it's user friendly and you can help to manages businesses emails, marketing in one place and can also send bulk emails/or campaigns easily

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
What I like most about Nimble is that it helps me keep contacts and follow ups in one place. It makes daily work easier because I do not have to switch between different tools to track people and conversations.
What slows you down when using it?
Some features take time to understand, especially when I want to set things up in a more detailed way. A few parts also need extra clicking before I get where I want.
What’s still missing for your needs?
I would like more flexibility in customization and clearer setup for some advanced features. That would make it more useful.

I would recommend Nimble because it is useful for managing contacts and follow ups in one place. It saves time and makes daily work easier.
