    What feature do you use most often?
    I live on the reporting feature because it gives me a clear picture of where everything stands without me having to dig through a bunch of numbers myself. Accountable just lays it out real clean
    What feature doesn’t work as expected?
    The auto-categorizing sometimes puts things in the wrong bucket but i also never bothered to train it properly from the start so that is kind of on me. once i cleaned up my categories it got way more accurate
    What’s still missing for your needs?
    a recurring expense tracker that is a little more detailed would make Accountable basically perfect for how i manage things. but what it already has covers like 90 percent of what i actually need day to day

    Accountable is genuinely one of those apps i tell people about when they say they cannot keep track of their finances because it just simplifies everything. already got a few friends using it

    Need to increase support for various taxation schemes. Should improve guidelines for classifying expenses.

    It feels way more specialized for freelancers than general apps like QuickBooks because it actually understands local tax rules and VAT deadlines without you needing to be an expert. The built-in AI tax advisor is a huge step up from other platforms, giving you instant answers about what you can actually deduct instead of making you wait for an email back.
    Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
    I’ve run into some annoying synchronization issues where my bank transactions take forever to show up or don't match correctly with my scanned receipts. There have also been a few times where the mobile app kicked me out randomly, and I had to log back in just to finish uploading a simple expense.
    What problem did this product solve for you?
    It completely got rid of the "tax season panic" by showing me exactly how much money I need to set aside for the government in real-time. Before this, I was constantly losing paper receipts, but now I just scan them immediately and the app handles the bookkeeping and storage for me.
