What exceeded your expectations?

The way it tracks your goals is actually lowkey impressive i didnt think it would be this clean and smooth to use

Have you experienced any bugs or errors?

There was one time it logged me out randomly but i probably just forgot to update the app so my bad

What could make it even better?

Adding a widget for the home screen would be super sick so you can check your progress without even opening the app

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?

It helped me maintaining goal concentration. It also offers me clear pictures of performing and advancement.

What slows you down when using it?

Sometimes goals are not clearly defined, they are not effective. If updates are inconsistent, progress can also be deceptive.

What new feature would you love to see added?

Should enhance the direction for establishing precise objectives. also need to improve team alignment features.

What was your first impression when you started using it?

I was really impressed by how clean the interface looked and how quickly I could see my team's progress without digging through spreadsheets. It felt like a much more modern way to track goals and key results than the old-fashioned project managers I've used before.

What’s been frustrating in your experience?

It's a bit annoying that the mobile app doesn't have all the same features as the desktop version, so I sometimes can't update complex tasks while I'm on the go. I've also run into a few bugs where my notifications didn't clear even after I read them, which can be pretty distracting.

What problem did this product solve for you?

It fixed the issue of everyone on my team being on a different page about what our actual priorities were for the month. Now that everything is centralized in Achieved, we don't waste time in meetings just "catching up" because the status of every goal is already visible to everyone.
