How to Cancel ActiveConversion
To cancel an active subscription for a product like those managed through platforms similar to DashClicks or Kaseya, here are the general steps you can follow, adapted for an "ActiveConversion" product:
Accessing Subscription Settings
- Hover over the navigation bar on the left side of the dashboard.
- At the bottom, click on the section displaying your name, email, and photo.
- From the popup menu, select ‘Settings’.
Navigating to Subscriptions
- In the left-side column under Billing Preferences, click on ‘Subscriptions’.
Selecting the Subscription
- Under ‘Other Subscriptions’, use the dropdown to select the business or account that possesses the subscription you wish to cancel.
Deactivating the Subscription
- On the right side where it says ‘Active’, click on the three-dotted line to access a sub-menu.
- Select ‘Deactivate’ from this menu.
- You will be navigated to a window where you can provide feedback for the reason of cancellation.
Completing Deactivation
- After leaving your feedback, select ‘Continue’ at the top right of the screen.
- You will be prompted to acknowledge and confirm a list of items pertaining to the cancellation. Check the box and press ‘Continue’ once more.
Confirmation
- This action will send a notification to the billing and production team to initiate the cancellation of this service.
- The cancellation process can take up to one business day. You will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is complete.
Additional Notes
- If the subscription is managed within a specific module, you may need to opt out of the subscription from within that module rather than from the Subscription Management page.
- Opting out of month-to-month subscriptions after the 14th of any month may result in the subscriptions being stopped on the last day of the following month.
