What was your first impression when you started using it?
I was really impressed by how it integrates directly into Salesforce, meaning I didn't have to keep toggling between different tabs just to see my next steps. The visual timeline with the color-coded icons made it feel like I finally had a clear "GPS" for my sales process rather than just a messy list of tasks.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
It was a bit frustrating at the start because the system is so strictly tied to the manager’s strategy, which can feel a little rigid if you’re used to having more "freestyle" control over your day. I also almost got fed up with the initial data syncing phase, as it took a while to map out our custom Salesforce objects without running into errors.
What’s still missing for your needs?
I’d love to see a more robust mobile version so I can manage my "Next Best Actions" and update lead stages while I'm out in the field. It would also be great if they added more native integrations for dialers and email tools outside of the Salesforce ecosystem to save even more time.

I’d definitely recommend it to any sales ops team that is struggling with low CRM adoption or messy, inconsistent follow-up processes. It’s a powerful way to make sure your strategy actually gets executed on the ground, even if it takes a bit of time for the reps to get used to the AI coaching.

It made my work easier by guiding me on what tasks to do next, so I don’t have to guess. It also saves time and helps me stay organized by managing tasks and priorities automatically.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
Some parts of the system can feel confusing at first, especially understanding the data and recommendations. It can also take time to learn how to use all the features properly.
What could make it even better?
It would be better if the system was easier to learn, with simpler instructions and a more user-friendly design. Adding clearer explanations for the recommendations would also help users understand it better.
