What feature do you use most often?
I spend most of my time using the automated job posting tool to push my open roles across different social media platforms at the same time. It is really helpful because it handles the targeting for me so I don't have to manually set up ads on every individual site.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
I noticed a small glitch where the performance data for one of my campaigns took much longer than usual to refresh on the main dashboard. There was also one time when a specific image didn't format correctly for a mobile view and I had to reupload it to get it looking right.
What problem did this product solve for you?
It solved manual process of trying to find qualified candidates who aren't actively searching on the traditional and crowded job boards. Now I can reach people while they are just scrolling through their feeds which has brought in a much better choices of applicants.

What do you like best about this product?
It actually makes it easier for me to find talents by using AI. It finds the right candidates based on behavior and data tracking, distributes job posts across social media platforms, and tracks performance and hiring metrics.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
It needs consistent ad spend to see results and it's not ideal if you want to depend mostly on organic hiring methods. And you have to put in mind that Adway focuses only attracting candidates, not actively sourcing them in automatically.
What could make it even better?
Make it budget friendly especially suited for smaller teams and in low budgets. This way, small teams and brands can fully utilize and benefit with this software too.

How has it made your work/life easier?
Through this platform finding and organizing files across several platforms made it easier for me. By utilizing intelligent search and tagging tools, it really save time.
What do you dislike about this product?
The quality of file tagging and storage have an impact upon searching result. Files are more difficult ti find if data is missing or inaccurate.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
I think it would be better to increase the precision of autonomous tagging. It should also need to improve large scale data performance.

It increases productivity and makes searching easier. I highly recommend this to teams that depend on cloud storage and collaboration.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
The biggest win is how it automatically finds "passive" candidates on social media who aren't even looking at job boards but end up being perfect for the role. It really takes the guesswork out of ad spend because the AI constantly tweaks the targeting and creative to make sure you're getting the best possible cost per application.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Sometimes the AI picks a weird image or text combo for an ad that doesn't quite match our brand voice, so I still feel like I have to double-check everything before it goes live. Also, the initial setup with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) was a bit more technical than I expected and took a few tries to get the data flowing correctly.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
I wish the process for fine-tuning the automated ad creatives was a bit more user-friendly so I could make quick brand tweaks without digging into deep settings. It would also be great if the dashboard for managing mid-campaign errors was less clunky, as it sometimes takes too many clicks just to fix a small targeting glitch.
