What feature do you use most often?

I use the ESG reporting and dashboard tracking features the most because they make it easy to monitor sustainability data in one place. It’s really helpful having everything organized instead of scattered across different files and systems.

What feels confusing or hard to use?

The setup process can feel a bit technical at first, especially when connecting different data sources. It takes some time to fully understand how all the reporting modules work together.

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

The onboarding and initial data configuration could definitely be simpler and more guided. A step-by-step setup flow would make it much easier for new users to get started.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?

The remote signing is super smooth. Being able to jump on a live video call with a client and walk them through a document while they sign it in real-time makes the whole process feel way more personal and secure than just sending a random email link.

What slows you down when using it?

Setting up the signature fields on longer, more complex documents takes time. If the document has a lot of pages, dragging and dropping every single initial and date box one by one takes longer.

If you could change one thing, what would it be?

The web interface is great, but when I'm away from my desk, trying to check the status of a pending signature or re-send a reminder from my phone feels a little confusing or unclear.

How does this compare to similar products you’ve tried?

I've integrated several e-signature tools into client workflows, and Agreema is good. Their seamless RON and live video signing feel way more trustworthy and efficient than the clunky sessions I've dealt with in DocuSign or Adobe Sign. This is the way.

Is there something that almost made you stop using it?

The initial learning curve for setting up templates and advanced RON sessions almost made me stop. Once I got the hang of it though, the reliability and detailed audit trails kept me hooked. It is much better than the clunkiness of other options.

How could the product save you more time or money?

I'm constantly chasing deadlines on client contracts. Agreema could save me time with its extensible templates and real-time live editing in RON sessions; this really cuts down on the back-and-forth revisions, and the straightforward flat-fee pricing and unlimited options in higher plans would also slash my invoice costs.
