What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?

Our recruitment process used to be a messy trail of emails and lost PDFs that frustrated everyone involved. Altays pulled that all together into a clean, searchable dashboard that keeps candidates from falling through the cracks.

Is there something that almost made you stop using it?

There was a moment during the first month where I felt overwhelmed by the sheer number of modules and almost gave up. Thankfully, the support team stepped in and helped me focus on just the essentials until I got my bearings.

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

A more streamlined "Quick Start" guide for new admins would go a long way in making that first week less intimidating. I’d also love to see a more robust mobile app so I can handle quick approvals while I’m away from my laptop.

I’d definitely point any HR friend toward it, especially if they’re tired of rigid platforms that don't bend to their needs. It’s a solid "nine out of ten" for me because of how much stress it takes off the administrative side.

I appreciate the comprehensive lifecycle coverage that seamlessly handles everything from initial recruitment to advanced compensation tracking. The platform's robust security certifications also give me complete peace of mind when managing sensitive employee data.

What’s been frustrating in your experience?

Because the platform is designed for large enterprises with highly complex needs, the initial setup and integration process can feel a bit overwhelming. Navigating the sheer volume of advanced reporting tools and features also requires a learning curve for new managers.

What new feature would you love to see added?

I would love to see deeper AI-driven predictive analytics to help preemptively identify employee flight risks and recommend retention strategies. Integrating a built-in, automated employee pulse-survey tool would perfectly complement the existing 360-feedback module.

I highly recommend Altays to HR professionals at mid-sized to large organizations who need a highly secure, scalable digitalization tool. However, I would likely advise smaller startups to look elsewhere, as the platform's enterprise-grade capabilities might be more than they require.
