What feature do you use most often?

I find myself using the online donation and registration forms the most because they make it easy to support the cause or sign up for events. It is a very simple way to stay connected with the community and see where help is needed most.

What slows you down when using it?

Sometimes the layout feels a bit crowded which makes it take a few extra seconds to find specific information about upcoming programs. I also noticed that some pages take a little longer to load when I am trying to browse through the different service sections.

What’s still missing for your needs?

I would love to see a more interactive calendar that clearly shows all the upcoming volunteer opportunities and community events in one place. It would also be helpful to have a dedicated section for realtime updates or a blog to see the recent impact of the work being done.

the program requires a significant time and commitment, including the training and ongoing responsibilities, which can feel a bit demanding. It’s also limited to specific regions, so the access isn’t always available to everyone.

more flexibility in the processes and clearer public information like pricing or steps, would really make it easier to navigate. also, additional digital tools or streamlined communication could also be improve the overall experience.
