How to Cancel Appward

To cancel your Appward account, follow these steps:

Logging In and Accessing Account Settings

• Log in to your Appward account.
• Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of your workspace to access your user settings.

Navigating to Admin App

• From the user settings, navigate to the Admin app, which is located under the Utilities category.

Initiating Cancellation

• In the Admin app, you need to contact the Appward support team to request the cancellation, as there is no direct cancellation option available within the app.
  • You can use the Help Center or Forums within your workspace to reach out to the support team.
  • Alternatively, you can use the @Mention feature to notify the appropriate contacts or departments within your organization to assist with the cancellation request.

Confirming Cancellation

• Once you have contacted the support team, they will guide you through the cancellation process.
• Ensure you receive a confirmation email or notification from Appward confirming the scheduled cancellation of your account.

Important Notes

• The subscription will remain active until the expiry date of the current subscription period.
• You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the subscription period.
