What do you like best about this product?

I love about Appzi is how dead simple it is to just drop in branded feedback widgets and surveys. It captures screenshots and context automatically so I don't have to waste my time, and honestly, the AI analysis and Zapier integrations that turn raw user input into productive tickets.

What feels confusing or hard to use?

So, the thing about Appzi is the advanced AI analysis and deep Zapier workflow setup, which can get overwhelming if you're not already deep into automation. The dashboard's tagging and routing options are powerful but take time to configure properly for client projects.

What could make it even better?

So, what it really need is clearer pricing details around “sessions” and higher-volume limits on the free tier so I don’t hit unexpected walls with client traffic. Deeper native integrations beyond Zapier and more pre-built AI routing templates would also save me tons of setup time on projects. This is the way.

No, nothing. The platform is very interactive, very easy to use, and it performs its function of creating surveys very well.

Nothing, I like the platform as it is, its ease of use, it helps to complete tasks quickly

In my experience Appzi is simple, affordable, and really focused on collecting in-product feedback without much hassle. It made my work easy.

I haven’t encountered any major bugs, though there were a few minor glitches at times. Overall, the experience has been fairly stable.

What could make it even better?

Some parts of the workflow, like setting up surveys or customizing triggers, could be a bit more streamlined. it’s generally easy to use, a few steps feel slightly more manual than necessary.
