How has it made your work/life easier?
Arilla has significantly reduced the time spent on administrative tasks by effortlessly handling complex commission models and automated lead management. Its intuitive interface and 360-degree customer view allow brokers to focus much more on actually advising clients rather than wrestling with data entry.
What do you dislike about this product?
Because it is highly tailored as an all-in-one solution for small to medium Swiss brokerages, it intentionally avoids third-party add-ons, which can feel restrictive. This closed-off approach means you might struggle to integrate it with a wider ecosystem of specialized international marketing or accounting tools if your business needs them.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
I would expand its integration capabilities or offer API access to allow seamless connections with popular global third-party software. This change would give growing brokerages much more flexibility to scale their operations and connect their preferred external tools.
