How to Cancel Ascent360

To cancel your Ascent360 product subscription, follow these steps:

Notification and Termination

Notify Ascent360 of your intention to terminate the agreement. This can be done by contacting their support or client success team, as there is no automated process described for self-cancellation.

Payment and Fees

Ensure all outstanding fees and charges are paid, as Ascent360 will not release your client data until all payments are settled. Any prepaid fees for the current term will not be refunded unless the termination is due to Ascent360’s uncured breach.

Data Retrieval

Upon cancellation or termination, Ascent360 will return your client data via secure FTP. You will be assessed costs associated with the processing and transfer of this data, which will not exceed $1,000.

Access and Usage

Immediately cease all use of the Software Service upon termination. Ascent360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Software Service if they determine that the agreement has been violated or if payment is more than 30 days past due.

Support and Services

Any ongoing support services, training, and maintenance will be discontinued upon termination of the agreement. If there are any reproducible errors in the Software Service that were not corrected, your sole remedy is to terminate the agreement and receive a refund of prepaid fees for the period the service did not perform as described.
