Chrome Invitation

What was your first impression when you started using it?
Chrome felt fast and dependable right away. Most tools I needed for work just worked perfectly fine. Syncing across devices is effortless. It became the default without much thought.
What slows you down when using it?
Performance drops once too many tabs are open, which happens alot during research or product reviews. Memory usage can get heavy, especially with tools like Figma, Claude, vercel, and dashboards.
What problem did this product solve for you?
It handles complex web apps, dev tools, and extensions reliably. I rarely worry about sites behaving differently across environments/other browsers.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
reliable, familiar, and fits naturally into my workflow. To me, it's the most frictionless option for daily use

Google Translate Invitation

Share
What exceeded your expectations?
I use the camera translator daily and regularly in Bangkok to read menus, signs, delivery instructions. For simple Thai to English translation, accuracy is good enough
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
Translations can come out awkward or misleading. The camera translation sometimes struggles with low light. It works well for quick help but not for anything nuanced e.g lingo, slang etc
What problem did this product solve for you?
it removed the language barrier in daily life. Helps me navigate food orders, transport, and simple conversations. It gives me enough confidence to function independently
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
not perfect, but it’s practical and reliable for everyday use. As a support tool rather than a full language solution.

What do you like best about this product?
I was an early adopter and back then, it was one of the cheapest options, and looked good for me when I was still a student.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
Changing plans is super not convenient, and the app UX do not help at all. Phrasing are all vague, the changed plan does not update and show in the app. Downgrading a plan is also difficult and cumbersome.
How could the product save you more time or money?
Address customer issues quicker. It took me almost a month to set up and change to a new plan, because this new plan and its offerings were vague, and confirming these details with their team took really long.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
There are now many other providers that are cheaper and more reliable.

Disney+ Invitation

Share
How does this compare to similar products you’ve tried?
Compared to Netflix, Disney+ feels more predictable. The content quality is high especially for Marvel, Star Wars, and family titles etc. Discovery is simpler but also limited. However, i love the Simpsons so I would still be using this app.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
catalog can feel shallow once you’ve watched the major franchises. The app experience is fine, but nothing stands out especially compared to Netflix. It doesn’t always feel worth or "special" to open daily.
What’s still missing for your needs?
More variety outside core franchises and clearer signals for new or trending content. Some features feel basic somehow
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
great if you love the classic franchises, but less compelling as an all around streaming service. Better as a complement rather than a primary platform

Airtable Invitation

Share
What was your first impression when you started using it?
I used airtable to set up tables for venues, events, and tags in minutes. Linking records and adding views made it easy to model relationships without writing code. good enough for early experimentation.
What do you dislike about this product?
As the data grows, it get messy quickly. Simple logic often requires workarounds or automations that feel unstable. Harder to maintain cleanly.
What’s still missing for your needs?
Better support for acting like a real backend, e.g more control over APIs, permissions, and data validation would help. Good to have more guidance on how to migrate data seamlessly, especially for someone not so technical.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Excellent for prototyping and small projects where speed matters.Would recommend it for early-stage apps

What do you like best about this product?
The short lessons fit well between meetings or during commutes in Bangkok. I use it to build basic Thai vocabulary and sentence patterns. low pressure and sustainable
What slows you down when using it?
I sometimes repeat similar exercises without feeling more confident in real conversations. Its easy to finish lessons without being able to apply them in real life. Real life is way more difficult and complex than what is taught.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
add more practical location-based scenarios. Things like ordering food, talking to drivers, or handling simple work conversations in Thailand. More real dialogue would be better
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
great for building habits and basic familiarity with a language, but not enough on its own for real fluency

Gemini AI Invitation

What exceeded your expectations?
Gemini is helpful when working inside the Google ecosystem. For quick analysis of written material, it performs better than I expected. However, I think the output is mediocre sometimes.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
It’s sometimes unclear what Gemini can do better than other AI tools vs just surface level assistance. Output quality can be inconsistent across similar prompts. I often need to rephrase requests more than expected to get something usable.
What could make it even better?
Stronger memory of context within a session and clearer feedback. Try to be less vague in its outputs.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
useful for analysis and summaries, especially in document-heavy work. Don't use it daily in my workflow yet, but might give it another try in future.

ChatGPT Invitation

What exceeded your expectations?
I use it to get more opinions on product decisions, rewrite vague requirements, and explore edge cases. For quick research or comparing approaches, it’s faster than manually reading docs. It feels more useful for thinking than just answering questions.
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
Sometimes it suggests solutions that don’t fully match real constraints. The output still needs review when it comes to implementation details.
What’s still missing for your needs?
Better memory across sessions would be a big improvement. It would be helpfuI if it could remember product context and past decisions
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
This product adds real value for thinking, writing, and early problem solving. It is easy and fast to use as a daily tool, but quality is not always 100.

Claude AI Invitation

How has it made your work/life easier?
I use it daily to sanity-check edge cases, and generate frontend logic for my side app on Vercel. It’s especially useful for refactoring or explaining unfamiliar code without breaking flow. I can go from idea to something deployable much quicker.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Sometimes the generated code looks right but breaks in subtle ways when deployed. It also struggles with longer sessions where context slowly drifts. I still need to verify, which is expected.
What problem did this product solve for you?
Claude solved my problem of slow iteration when building alone. I can now have designs, working code, and a live deployed app all by working on it myself. Quality of claude's output is also high.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
No complaints, efficient and cost-effective. Great for product thinking and hands-on building, especially when moving fast.

Coursera Invitation

How has it made your work/life easier?
Coursera gives me access to a huge range of high-quality courses in one place. It's easy to find relevant topics when I need to upskill.
What do you dislike about this product?
Some courses don’t always feel equally credible or up to date. The quality can vary a lot between instructors and institutions, which makes it hard to quickly judge which courses are truly worth the time.
What could make it even better?
Better recommendations based on practical outcomes would make it easier to choose high-quality courses.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Somehow I am do not really enjoy the UX, but it is undeniable that they offer a huge variety of courses and flexible learning, which makes it easy to upskill.

HeyGen Invitation

How has it made your work/life easier?
I use HeyGen to share product features for internal users without scheduling meetings. I can quickly create clear, consistent walkthroughs that stakeholders can watch on their own time, which saves time and keeps everyone aligned.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Background removal when using avatars has been frustrating! It’s inconsistent and often looks unnatural. I sometimes spend extra time adjusting or re-recording just to get a clean result.
What problem did this product solve for you?
It solved my problem of explaining product features clearly without relying on live demos or meetings. It makes feature communication more scalable, repeatable and efficient.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Great for async product feature sharing and reduces the need for live walkthroughs. However, issues like inconsistent background removal impacts the video quality.

draw io Invitation

What do you like best about this product?
I like how straightforward it is, no fluff. It's easy to quickly sketch flows, architectures, or product ideas without setup or a learning curve.
What do you dislike about this product?
It can feel limited for more complex or evolving diagrams, but for me, I use it mainly for quick ideas, so this issue is not a problem.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
Keeping diagrams up to date as products evolve could be much simpler. They could possibly add reusable components that are really simple to use.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Draw.io is quick and great for fast visual thinking and documentation. Excellent for lightweight product and architecture work.

DataCamp Invitation

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
DataCamp helped me build solid foundations in SQL and Git through clear, hands-on practice, especially for someone from a non-technical background. I could apply these learnings in my product work and side projects.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
It can be hard to understand how some courses connect to real-world workflows, especially beyond the exercises. This is understandable though, because they might want to keep it simple first rather than go directly into real-life situations that could be too complex as a start.
What problem did this product solve for you?
DataCamp helped me build practical foundations in SQL and Git in a structured, low-friction way. I spent less time figuring out where to start.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
I think it's great for building foundations in skills, and easy to fit alongside full-time work.

Visual Studio Code Invitation

What feature do you use most often?
I mostly use the editor itself for rapid iteration. I'm not a coder, but use Claude AI to vibe code, and edit here and there using VS Code, along with Git integration.
What slows you down when using it?
Setup overhead slow me down the most, like managing extensions, configs etc. Reviewing diffs is not that intuitive for me, but I'm a non-coder so that could be a reason for my unfamiliarity.
What problem did this product solve for you?
VS Code gave me a fast flexible environment to turn ideas into working code quickly. It's valuable when experimenting and iterating fast with AI while deploying to Vercel.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Its extensibility and AI-friendly workflow make it ideal for vibecoding and shipping quickly.

Zoom Invitation

Share
What do you like best about this product?
I like how the joins are honestly frictionless. The application handles large calls well, and AV quality is consistently solid. Dependable and reliable product
What do you dislike about this product?
Notes, decisions, and action items often live outside the product, but it isn't a huge pain point for me. I treat this app purely for communication, and note-taking is done elsewhere.
What new feature would you love to see added?
Built-in, lightweight meeting summaries capture decisions & open questions, then make them easy to share or link to product tools. This would help turn meetings into lasting context instead of one-off conversations.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Zoom is reliable, easy to join, and works consistently well for both internal and external meetings. However, I don't particularly prefer it over Google Meets.

Slack Invitation
Share
What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
The biggest benefit of Slack is having all team communication in one place. For example, project-specific channels keep decisions, files, and updates together, making it relatively easy to catch up.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
Slack threads: it’s easy to miss replies or lose context, which can make following longer discussions pretty hard sometimes.
What could make it even better?
Important decisions and context get lost in threads, and there’s no good way to capture outcomes or link them to product artifacts. Stronger summaries, and better decision tracking would make it more valuable for product teams.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Slack is very effective for fast team communication, but as mentioned, important context and decisions can get lost over time. Could get messy quick in the long run.

Spotify Invitation

What do you like best about this product?
What I like best about Spotify is how well it understands my taste. The recommendations, playlists, and discovery features consistently surface music I enjoy. I also enjoy Spotify Wrapped a lot!
What do you dislike about this product?
There isn’t much I dislike about Spotify. Occasionally recommendations can feel a bit repetitive, but overall it’s a very smooth and reliable experience.
What could make it even better?
Spotify could be even better with more control over recommendations, like letting users indicate if a song has been recommended too many times within a short time frame.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
I use this app everyday, been building my personal music dataset for more than 5 years!

Netflix Invitation

How has it made your work/life easier?
It has given me a reliable way to relax and disconnect without having to think too much about what to watch. For me, offline viewing is the best, especially because I can watch from anywhere and also indirectly limit the time I spend on the app.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Occasionally, there are small usability issues on smart TVs, like on my Hisense TV, the “skip intro” option sometimes doesn’t appear or doesn’t work. Overall it’s minor, but it breaks the otherwise smooth viewing experience.
What new feature would you love to see added?
I’d love more control over playback on smart TVs, like more reliable skip intro/recap controls, or even selecting specific shows that I always want to skip the intro for.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Would recommend Netflix highly overall because of its ease of use and strong content experience, but the recommendation can vary depending on personal taste.

Notion Invitation

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
Single, flexible workspace that adapts to many workflows such as docs, planning, product specs, and lightweight databases. I also use it for the calendar function, as it can integrate with my daily notes.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
The database and table features can feel confusing at first, especially when setting up relations and views. It's not always intuitive, and can make more advanced setups harder to set up without prior experience.
How could the product save you more time or money?
Notion could save me more time by using Notion AI more to handle the busywork, like summarizing long notes, drafting content, and helping organize pages automatically. Right now, it is not automatic, but Notion AI can be utilised based on the user's prompts.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
It's flexible and powerful for organizing work, documentation, and planning in one place. While some features take time to learn, it’s become a central tool that saves time for me.

Figma Invitation
Share
What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
My favourite thing about Figma is how it enables collaboration. I really like how smooth it is to be able to navigate the file in real time and see where my team members are at via the Follow function.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Managing large files and complex design systems can be frustrating at times, especially around searching through the files via keywords. It puts greater responsibility on designers to ensure that systems are in place to make navigation smoother.
What problem did this product solve for you?
It solved the problem of fragmented collaboration by bringing product, design, and engineering into a single, shared workspace. It's way easier to align quickly and iterate in real time.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Don't have much complaints, enjoy the UX experience during collaboration a lot. Excellent for collaboration, design systems, and fast iteration across teams.

Canva Invitation

How has it made your work/life easier?
Canva has made my work and side projects much easier by removing friction from design. I can quickly create product mockups, landing pages, and marketing assets without switching tools. The available templates are very helpful especially when I am not ready to engage with a designer.
What slows you down when using it?
Sometimes the level of customization is not flexible enough, especially for highly specific designs. Also, organizing and managing large numbers of designs can get messy over time.
What could make it even better?
Canva could be more valuable by moving slightly beyond static design into real-world use cases. Better support for reusable components and smoother handoff to web/product tools would help teams to go from idea to launch faster.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
extremely easy to use, and empowers non-designers to produce high-quality work. It’s versatile across many use cases and teams, and delivers on speed and accessibility.

Pixabay Invitation

What exceeded your expectations?
Love the variety of images that I could use for free. You can get GIFs, vectors, even sound effects. Quality of images are good too. I use this over Unsplash. Also, I like how I can edit the image directly in Canva.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
The search works weirdly. For example, searching 1 term works fine. However, when I search for "bars venue", unrelated images show up, such as a picture of a soccer ball, a chocolate bar, a park bench, etc.
What problem did this product solve for you?
I think Pixabay is more suitable for app assets (e.g icons, background, vectors), as compared to Unsplash. It gave me what I was looking for, that Unsplash could not fulfill.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
No-brainer for users to use, many media type categories to choose from e,g videos, music, GIFs, sound effects

JIRA Invitation

Share
How has it made your work/life easier?
I use it every single day, and my favourite feature is the ability to view all tickets in terms of roadmap view. Rearranging tickets based on priority and timelines via this view is also more convenient for me especially when planning features.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
Sometimes, images cannot be added as attachments because of unknown reasons. Due to this, the ticket cannot be saved, and it is annoying and affects my workflow. The only solution is removing the image, saving the ticket, then attempt to reattach to the ticket again.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
I think the JIRA shortcut keys could be turned off by default. I have had multiple instances whereby me or my team members have accidentally assigned a ticket to someone else. The notifying of this action is kind of subtle too, at the bottom left of the screen. Small issue, but still could go unnoticed, and then ticket could accidentally get lost somewhere somehow.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Versatile and powerful product, used by most companies, no matter big or small.

Strapi Invitation
Share
What do you like best about this product?
Strapi is easy to work with and flexible enough to adapt to specific project needs. At a company I worked with, we used it to manage listing availability, customer contacts, website users, and to track update logs for listings. What stood out most is how customisable it is, without adding unneeded complexity.
What do you dislike about this product?
Loading is slow, relatively often. It can take up to almost 5 seconds for the page and data to load, and I can say that this slow loading happens ~ once a week for me.
How could the product save you more time or money?
For me, I appreciate if there were some sort of feedback to inform me if I am waiting for something and if something is working. For example, sometimes during login, it takes up to 5 seconds to show any change on the page, and I would not know that the page is actually loading. Impatient users like me would just attempt to refresh the page before it even finishes loading.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
The flexibility of it as a CMS or database is great, but I think the learning curve could scare away small group of users who are looking for something simple and fast.
