How has it made your work/life easier?
It is a very simple to use app and straight forward. I like the ability to track all of my transactions.
What slows you down when using it?
Finding where to download a monthly statement. It is a bit difficult to navigate through the app.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
It would be easier to find a monthly statement if a link to it was on the home screen or in the activity tab That would make navigation to Statements easier.

It is a very convenient way to pay and receive money. It is also easy to receive money as well.

What was your first impression when you started using it?
It's easy to connect with other people. The video backgrounds are helpful.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Occasionally, the audio stopped working after a restart and I had to go into settings and reconfigure it. The notification sound when someone joins the server can only be turned off by muting all notifications.
What’s still missing for your needs?
Discord could use a feature to only mute notifications when someone joins a server.

It is a great tool for communication but some of the settings are a bit hard to find.
