What exceeded your expectations?
The many features it offers despite being both free and open-source. It's like premium tier without having to pay for premium subscription.
What do you dislike about this product?
Honestly, I haven't found anything to dislike so far. It functions flawlessly for my scheduling needs and has been completely reliable.
What’s still missing for your needs?
Nothing is missing for my current workflow and needs. It completely handles everything I need with scheduling. Though adding more one-click app integrations over time would be a great bonus.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Highly recommended for its free tier and open-source capabilities. It gave me premium-like features without having to pay for it. Easily a no brainer if someone needs a scheduling tool.

What do you like best about this product?
They took the simplicity of sticky notes and implemented the necessary features that many people struggle with or need to improve the product: cloud sync and window/file sticky feature.
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
I haven't encountered any features of theirs that hasn't worked the way that I would expected. Every tool works perfectly right out of the box, and the overall performance has been entirely bug-free.
What’s still missing for your needs?
Nothing really. They were able to upgrade the simple function of sticky notes, including features such as cloud sync and file stick feature.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
They were able to enhance sticky notes with needed features of cloud sync and window/file pinning. They were also able to keep it lightweight.

What do you like best about this product?
What I like about Capacities is the quick onboarding. The moment you login, you can immediately do what you gotta do without needing to work more on organizing.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
Nothing actually. Capacities has been great for note taking and for personal knowledge keeping. Helps me keep track with my life.
What new feature would you love to see added?
I think Capacities the way it is already. It's very efficient for its purpose and no changes will be necessary to improve, unless the company or other users nitpick something.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
I would highly recommend it because the quick onboarding and object-based structure make it incredibly easy to start writing notes without worrying about folder organization. It's a very efficient and seamless platform for personal knowledge management.

What exceeded your expectations?
The ease of creating your own games. They also have different kinds of games, so it's not just the usual quiz or spin the wheel, which provides the brands or people with different kinds of interactions from their audience.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
Seeing the pricing plan stunned me. Because it's not only for business use, but also for educational use, I would suggest also, if they could provide a free or more affordable subscription for students to use for interactive games such as ice breakers or other uses that can help gauge their productivity.
How could the product save you more time or money?
Drimify made it easy to create multiple engaging and fun games for different uses. This can help motivate and interact with a brand's or user's intended audience. If they could add more games as they go on, that would be amazing.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
The overall concept of Drimify allowing users to create easy interactive games is brilliant. However, their pricing plans might make their users turn around, despite the amazing offers they feature.

What do you like best about this product?
What I like best about Riverside.fm is that users are able to publish their podcast/video on multiple platform through Riverside, making it a one stop platform for such purposes. Apart from that they offer different features that could help eliminate pain points when recording or doing a livestream, which creates the best experience for its users.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Nothing has been frustrating throughout my use of Riverside so far. Although, I would wish they would lend one or two more of their features to the free tier, but I understand why if they wish to not.
What problem did this product solve for you?
The product is great at providing everything you need for professional recordings. Video editing, livestream platform, teleprompt, script writing, you name it, they have it.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
I highly recommend Riverside when hosting livestreams, podcasts, and video recordings. They have all the necessary tools needed for such a production and its all in one web application.

What do you like best about this product?
Adalo adhered to their promise of creating a no-code website creation, and it is beginner-friendly. They provided a clean and intuitive UI/UX making the workflow as simple as it can be.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
With the overall experience, there is nothing extremely frustrating about the platform. However, if I were to nitpick something, it would its limitation in the complexity of workflows and the limited apps that can be published based from their pricing plan.
What problem did this product solve for you?
Adalo made it easy to ship out and deploy simple web and mobile apps with their many templates and overall editing studio. However, I am not quite sure if it can handle more complex workflows, given its no-code system.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
I would recommend it because it is a solid, beginner-friendly platform for deploying simple web and mobile apps quickly. However, the pricing tier limits on published apps and its inability to handle highly complex workflows makes me second guess.

Glide Organic

What exceeded your expectations?
Glide is able to provide an app within minutes all with an upload of spreadsheet and feature prompt. This can possibly help increase productivity and improve workflow especially dealing with logics in spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about this product?
Because spreadsheets are very complex and that is different for every case, the agent might struggle to understand what needs to be done and what to improve if not provided with the right prompt. So whoever's using the application may need to be trained properly.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
It just needs to handle more complex logic with natural language prompting. Not everyone will be technically knowledgeable to provide the agent with the best prompt.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
For those needing quick apps turned from simple or somewhat complex spreadsheets, then Glide is okay as it can provide a product within minutes. However, for more complex logic and workflow using the spreadsheet, it would better to consult with someone more technically knowledgeable, such as a software developer.

What was your first impression when you started using it?
Upon seeing Carrd, I was impressed with the ease of creating one page web applications such as a portfolio, a quick form, and many more. Apart from that they have some quick to edit templates that users can use and play with it.
What do you dislike about this product?
Because their idea is to create one page applications with ease, it really only stays at one page. It won't really scale up from that, hence limiting the possibility of expanding.
What problem did this product solve for you?
Well, it helped me create simple one page applications like a landing page and portfolio. They were created and designed with little to no struggle.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
If you wanted a quick little one page web application, I would suggest using this platform. However, if you do have plans on scaling up, then maybe this won't be the necessary platform for you.

What was your first impression when you started using it?
For a browser based platform, I am impressed with its performance. I really like the UI/UX and this is really useful for me for possible future project that would involve interactive 3D visuals.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
I haven't been frustrated with the platform so far as it exceeds my expectation. They provided a quick tutorial before starting, and the UI is aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. My only concern is the possible lagging because it is browser based.
What could make it even better?
Spline is already a great product at the moment with what they offer for their market. If there are things to add, I would just say a bit more templates for objects and scenes for the users to play with.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Spline is an amazing tool to use for beginners or anyone who are looking into creating 3D, interactive materials. This is highly beneficial for us developers as well to map out the visual before working on it with Three.js

First time seeing it made me intimidated to use the tool. There were many tools and features, but I didn't know how to use it so that could affect the overall experience of beginners.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
The user interface can be improved to be more accommodating for new users as well. This way it can interest them to learn about the platform and its tools that they can user to improve their artistic experience.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Definitely the UI. Apart from guided articles, maybe video tutorials as well, so it helps guide the user's visually as well.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
I would recommend this to my artistic friends and colleagues. However, some might struggle understanding how to work it at first.

What feature do you use most often?
Figma is a great cool to introduce collaboration with team members. I really like to simple, but effective use of the sticky notes.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
It can get frustrating as more elements and more people join in the whiteboard experience as it starts to experience lag. This possibly slows down the workflow and overall affect the productivity of the team.
What’s still missing for your needs?
I think their free tier could have a little bit more features or benefits to it as it feels extremely limiting with only 3 collaborative files. They could also introduce more templates for the users to use in their workflows.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
I'd say FigJam is a great tool that enhances the collaborative effort of the team. This would have positive effects to their productivity and work quality

What do you like best about this product?
Google Analytics is a great tool when needing to monitor and track website traffic. It makes it easier to understand user behavior and see exactly where your visitors are coming from without much effort.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
It can be quite overwhelming to navigate through the dashboard at first, especially with the newer version. Setting up custom event tracking can feel a bit complex and has a steep learning curve, especially for beginners.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
If I could change one thing, it would be to make the interface more simple and intuitive when setting up custom events. It can be quite overwhelming for beginners, so a more straightforward setup process would save a lot of time.

What exceeded your expectations?
When using Sweep, debugging has been much easier as it is able to locate the problems and provide possible solutions to it. As usual, coding has been accelerated, but Sweep AI is more context-driven, being able to understand what else needs to be changed or adjusted, when prompted.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
Nothing has made me stop using it so far. It has been promising as an AI coding agent for handling repository-level tasks.
What could make it even better?
Depending on the developer, getting the prompting exactly right to get the agent to properly debug or write code can be a challenge, so they should improve on helping to be beginner-friendly. Latency can also be a problem as it performs a bit slower compared to other coding agents.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Overall, Sweep is a great AI coding agent to use for those using a Jetbrains IDE as it is context-driven. It will save developers tons of time for both coding and debugging.

What do you like best about this product?
What I like best about is that Webflow is a code-free website designing tool. However, it doesn't eliminate the process of adjust CSS-like customization, which can be helpful for those who are more experienced with coding and overall looking to bring out their vision.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Looking from a beginner's perspective, it can be quite overwhelming to stare at a blank page, not knowing where to start. Maybe a quick guided tour to show them where tools are and their use for.
What could make it even better?
I would like to see a feature or deeper integration that seamlessly brings Figma designs to life directly in Webflow. This way, designers can see their visions come true with no code experience at all, while still delivering high-quality, responsive websites.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Webflow is great for designers or freelancers looking to design a website that is instantly deployed. However, they may experience a learning curve in the beginning of the process.

Phind made it faster when looking for needed code configurations. It allowed me to just skim quickly for information through official documentation without needing to read much.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
There are times when it would hallucinate when given complex debugging issues. I would have to manually debug it, which costs me time that could be spent for something else.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Well the idea of easily locating through documentations using Phind is great. To further improve the quality of their product, I would say to invest more on the quality of their debugging, so developers may use it to debug more complex issues with no issues.

What exceeded your expectations?
Netlify makes it easy to deploy and host webpages through the use of GitHub repositories. Their simple UI/UX also makes it easy to navigate through their dashboard, allowing for effortless management.
What do you dislike about this product?
Projects deployed in Netlify is mostly for static web pages like a portfolio website. It's not really ideal for web app that puts its functionalities' focus on back-end.
What new feature would you love to see added?
I would love to see an option for traditional server along with native databases. This way users are given that choice and Netlify will transition to allowing full-stack web applications, rather than focus on just static web apps.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Netlify overall simplifies the web app deployment and hosting. However, it's mostly restricted to front-end focused application rather than back-end.

How does this compare to similar products you’ve tried?
Squarespace's design templates and a tad easier customization such as color palette and font makes for a more professional looking website in comparison to similar products. This way users are able to create high-quality and aesthetically pleasing website with little to no coding experience.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Despite the many strengths in the design aspect, one thing that frustrates me would be that there is no auto save. This alone can be nerve-racking for designers as they could potentially lose their work at any moment for some reason, and there would be no back up for it.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Definitely adding in an autosave feature. This way there is loss prevention of one's hard work.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Overall, Squarespace is a great all-in-one platform for designers that have little to no code experience. But depending on the subscription, it could feel limited.

What was your first impression when you started using it?
Hearing about Retool, I was thrilled with its ability to create a platform for building internal tools with little code and the use of drag and drop for components. With its AI feature as well, it made it easier to create.
What do you dislike about this product?
The platform does stick with its promise of little code. However, it would require users to understand basic concepts of SQL query in order to get stuff to work. (i.e. tables)
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
To fully commit to their little to no code agenda, I would suggest that they eliminate the need for users to understand SQL. This way it would help the platform become beginner-friendly, which could potentially invite more users to the app.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
With the presence of AI and drag & drop features, it makes creating internal software for streamlining work easier. However, with the need to understand SQL query, there is a bit of a learning curve that users may have to overcome at first before fully grasping the app.

What exceeded your expectations?
I would say the AI template generation was the best part of this whole experience. It's not the best generated template, but it's decent enough to work it and customize it a little bit more to your liking.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
With manual editing, it could get very frustrating. Especially, when manual editing, its layer management is weak or lacking in comparison with other wireframing/designing apps.
What could make it even better?
Overall, it should re-evaluate the quality of its functionalities. This way more professionals could look into their platform to use for their work.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
It's 50/50 for me. On the bright side, Uizard can provide rapid prototyping for both developers and non-developers. However, because the outputs are lacking, it's not up to par with the standard of other apps and for production.

Framer is a great design tool for software development. This provides us with a way to create websites with no code. Different templates and features are provided for the users to use and customize to their liking. After designing, they are also ready to publish.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
It can be overwhelming at first, not knowing where to start and where to go. However, after some time, I understood the functions of the features and worked from there.
What could make it even better?
I noticed that the CMS seems to be lacking, so I hope they improve on that. Overall, just more stuff to add into the customization of the website.

What’s been frustrating in your experience?
When I first started with Figma, I was quite overwhelmed with the many features and overall experience of the app. I didn't know where to start and what to do. However, as time went by, I learned from different guides and friends how to use the platform streamlining my process of design during the developmental stage of my projects.
What’s still missing for your needs?
I would say better AI outputs. As someone who is more focused on back-end, I would like to have better output, so that I play my focus on the back-end of my projects rather than the front-end aspect.

What exceeded your expectations?
As I have used Quizizz previously for many years, it has always been a go-to when creating icebreaker game or quick reviewers for assessments. It creates a more fun and light-hearted way of learning.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
I almost stopped using it as I continue to go through college as I needed more critical thinking engaged way of learning, as opposed to the usual memorization approach in Quizizz. I found myself to try other apps or learning methods.
What’s still missing for your needs?
Although Quizizz has integrated AI now and has more question types, I think it can be improved to foster critical thinking as opposed to surface level learning, such as rote memorization. By improving on this, Quizizz can be an all-in-one study buddy for students.
