How to Cancel Beamery

To cancel your subscription or terminate your use of the Beamery product, you need to follow these steps, which are largely governed by the End User License Agreement and the general usage guidelines.

Terminating the Agreement

• The agreement can be terminated by either party under specific conditions. You can terminate the agreement if Beamery commits a material breach of any term and fails to remedy it within 30 days after being notified in writing.

Steps to Terminate Access

For Administrative Users:

• If you are an administrative user, you need to notify Beamery in writing of your intention to terminate the agreement. This can be done by referencing the terms outlined in the End User License Agreement.

Through Reseller (If Applicable):

• If you purchased the service through a reseller, you may need to go through the reseller to terminate the agreement. Beamery may suspend or terminate your rights to access and use the services if you fail to pay amounts due to the reseller or if the reseller fails to comply with the terms of the Reseller Agreement.

Post-Termination Actions

• Upon termination or expiration of the agreement, all rights to use the services will terminate immediately. You will need to promptly pay any fees, taxes, or other amounts due.

Disconnecting Email and Calendar Integrations

Before or after termination, you might also want to disconnect any integrated email and calendar accounts:

• Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen and choosing Settings.
• In the sidebar, locate Email Permissions under Email Settings.
• On the Email Permissions page, locate the email(s) you wish to delete and click on the vertical ellipses on the far right, then choose Delete email. Confirm the deletion by clicking Remove email on the pop-up window.

• Ensure that all campaigns and other activities are either completed or canceled before terminating the service. You can manage your campaigns by searching, filtering, and adjusting their statuses as needed.
