What exceeded your expectations?
I was really impressed by how quickly the tool scanned my entire codebase and identified potential security risks that I hadn't even considered. The way it maps out where sensitive data is moving across my different services is much more detailed than I expected.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
The initial setup for some of my older repositories was a bit frustrating because it took several tries to get the permissions configured correctly. I almost got discouraged when the dashboard felt a little overwhelming with too many alerts appearing all at once during the first run.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
I think the process of filtering out false positives could be more focused so I don't have to click through so many individual menus to dismiss a single item. It would also be great if the suggestions were easier to apply directly to my code without me having to switch from different apps.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
It is a great tool for any team that wants to stay on top of data privacy and security without having to be an expert in every single regulation.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
It helped me assist in early detection of security threats. It also offer helpful information to enhance application safety.
What slows you down when using it?
Before being fixed, some problems need to be manually verified. Interpreting security need technical knowledge.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Should make security findings easier to understand. It need to enhance recommendations for resolving vulnerabilities.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
It is helpful for security focused developers. It aids in data protection and riskprevention.

How has it made your work/life easier?
Other tools similar to this justs dumps a wall of finding, but this actually gives you what to prioritize which is awesome. It can be run locally in minutes.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Initial scan of codebase is kinda slow but to be expected. Diff scan is okay but getting the setup done is a bit fiddly.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
Writing custom rules to match your own internal coding patterns is doable but takes a fair bit of effort to get right. If your codebase does things in a slightly non-standard way, out-of-the-box detection misses more than you'd want and you end up doing a lot of rule tuning yourself.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Good for devs who want security in their pipeline. Opensource CLI alone is worth trying.
