What exceeded your expectations?

It was how they handled our weirdest edge cases without breaking a sweat. I expected to hit a wall with our custom pricing, but the platform’s logic is surprisingly deep.

What do you dislike about this product?

The interface can feel a bit like a cockpit—there are so many buttons and settings that it’s easy to feel overwhelmed at first. It definitely takes a minute to figure out where the specific toggle you need is hidden.

What problem did this product solve for you?

What feature do you use most often?

I find myself using the flexible pricing and plan cloning tools the most because they make it so much faster to set up new deals. It’s also great for managing different subscription tiers without having to start from scratch every single time I want to try a new offer.

Is there something that almost made you stop using it?

The initial setup was honestly a bit of a nightmare because the platform is so powerful that it feels overwhelming to configure everything correctly. I almost gave up when I realized some of the integrations with WordPress weren't as smooth as I expected, which forced me to find a few workarounds.

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

I wish the process for managing affiliates was a lot more straightforward instead of having to set up a separate checkout for every single one of them. The "My Tasks" and general reporting menus could also use a bit of a cleanup so it’s easier to find the exact data I need at a glance.
