What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?

Billingo automatically transmit data to NAV to eliminate the risk of human errors and late filings. It has user friendly interface making complex accounting possible.

What feels confusing or hard to use?

Maybe it has english interface but the automated system notification can sometimes revert into hungarian which is hard for me cause I cannot understand that language.

How could the product save you more time or money?

Billingo automatically match incoming payments with open invoices so it saves time instead of setting it up. You can request a no call list of you find the telemarketing annoying.

If you are aiming for local functionality, Billingo is a great but you can receive frequent contact to their sales team which is quite annoying.

What do you like best about this product?

It's very convenient on creating invoices track money, and manage business finances automatically. It helps monitor how much money you earn and spend, keep financial records organized and helps with bookkeeping and reporting.

What do you dislike about this product?

None so far. i like what this software has to offer. Very convenient and efficient to use. very reliable.

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

I think more wider integrations with other tools and website. This way it can be more easier to access and fully utilize the product.

What feature do you use most often?

The feature I use most often on Billingo is the super quick online invoicing with NAV sync; literally creates and sends compliant e-invoices in seconds without the usual headache. It's saved me so much admin time, especially when I'm switching between projects.

What slows you down when using it?

When entering a new client's weird tax details still force me to double-check everything manually before sending. It adds a couple extra minutes here and there, especially when I'm deep in code and just want the invoice out fast.

What problem did this product solve for you?

Finally killed the nightmare of manual invoicing and constant NAV compliance worries that used to eat hours every month. Now I just whip up compliant e-invoices in minutes with auto-sync, so I can actually focus on coding instead of admin bullshit.
