What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
It is very helpful especially in time and attendance tracking, it also manages vacation, sick leave, and time day off. It also manages HR and payroll integration.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
None. I haven't experienced any bugs or errors so far. It actually works really well and it also has a strong integrations especially with Microsoft teams. Helps in reducing administrative workload.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
It focuses more on subscription pricing per use. So you can't really fully utilize all the tools unless you get the highest subscription plan.

How has it made your work/life easier?
Bitabiz is a total lifesaver for tracking time and project hours. No more spreadsheet chaos, and it works with Outlook and payroll so I don't waste my nights on admin work. It really cuts down the manual BS.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
The mobile app is pretty bad. It is slow when I want to log sick days or hours. The QR check-in is broken if the light is bad. Also, the reminders are annoying for a freelancer. I just want to log my time and leave.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
It feels like every week there is a new version. I have to restart everything while I am working. This kills my flow as a solo freelancer. The app is good, but the constant updates are annoying when I have a lot of work.

Because it actually kills the admin headache for time and absences without forcing me into enterprise bloat. The integrations and quick overviews are clutch when you're solo, though I'd warn them about the app update spam first.
