Honestly, how everything is centralized. I expected just another outreach tool, but it actually handles prospecting, cadences, and tracking all in one place making the workflow feel more organized than I thought it would.

Nothing major, but since the platform isn’t super widely reviewed yet, there’s always that feeling that you might run into small hiccups here and there. It’s more about lack of transparency than actual bugs.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
Yes, onboarding and setup could be smoother. Since it’s quite feature-packed, it can feel a bit overwhelming at the start, especially if you’re new to the sales engagement tools.

comprehensive tracking of activities. it monitors campaign performances, metrics with customized dashboard.
What do you dislike about this product?
none. the creation and execution using multi touch outreach is the most appealing to me. makes work easier.
What new feature would you love to see added?
I think they have everything in it. a very ideal for B2B SaaS start up company where everything you need is right in your finger tips.

It feels more chill to use compared to others nothing feels forced or confusing everything just flows better for me when handling tasks.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Sometimes I get a bit lost but thats probably just me not exploring enough once i get used to it things go back to smooth.
How could the product save you more time or money?
It already cuts down a lot of manual stuff so i finish tasks quicker i just need to use it more properly to get full value.
