What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
The biggest benefit of this product is allowing for workers to work remotely. It could save on-site costs for employers, while at the same time, still be able to deliver needs for outbound sales pitch and other related concerns while using an app highly rated for its simplicity.
What do you dislike about this product?
I am an Android mobile user, but one huge limitation is it is not available for iOS. This is its biggest drawback as a lot of employees prefer iOS utilization.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
If there is one thing they need to work on, that would be flexibility for users by making it available for iOS users as well. That would save a lot of cost and hassle for employers to not have to spend for other external platforms.

It is very simple and has its outstanding features. However, with the aforementioned limitation, others might step back from utilizing it.

What’s been frustrating in your experience?
The mobile deployment appears to be limited to Android devices, which leaves out remote team members who rely heavily on iOS. While the commission-based pricing is cost-effective for smaller teams, it could potentially become a drawback as overall sales revenue aggressively scales.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
The initial process of mapping and importing leads into the integrated CRM could be more streamlined to reduce manual data handling. A true one-click synchronization for setting up new outbound campaigns would save reps valuable prep time before they start dialing.
