What feature do you use most often?
By using this platform it allows to enhances market reach and costumer value. It has a deep CRM integration, it ensures that us users have already vision what are evolving in market trends to provide quality of result.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
I observe that if you feed the ai assistant with messy and outdated data it surface irrelevant advice during live call. I can also encounter small bugs while using the system.
What’s still missing for your needs?
Add features like dynamic learning to allow it to find which strategies are actually closing deals on trend.

I use the AI and live chat combination mostly in this software. It lets me handle AI common questions. It keeps response time fast and save time and efforts.
What do you dislike about this product?
The setup and configuration is a bit complex for me. It takes time to fully understand how everything works so it feels overwhelming at first. Having a knowledge about the software is a big advantage.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
Maybe a simplified onboarding and initial setup workflow. This prevents overwhelming new users in this software.

The feature I use most often with CaptivateChat; it instantly surfaces playbook responses and next steps when objections pop up, saving my ass mid-conversation. Super handy for keeping deals moving without breaking flow.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
The initial playbook customization and feeding in all your specific objections/competitors feels confusing at first; it takes some back-and-forth to get the AI truly grounded instead of generic. Once it's dialed in though, the real-time stuff flows smooth, but that setup phase had me scratching my head for a bit.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
The playbook upload and initial tuning phase could be way simpler like if they added a one-click import from Google Docs or Notion plus some auto-suggested objections from your past call transcripts right out of the gate. Right now it still feels like a manual grind before the real-time magic kicks in smoothly.

The real-time coaching during calls is legit game-changing once the playbook's set, especially if you're closing deals and hate fumbling objections. That initial manual tuning grind holds it back from a full 10 though, but the results like faster cycles make it worth pushing through for most teams.
