What do you like best about this product?
It lets my team create a product tours, tooltip, help widget, and onboarding checklists to help and guide our customer in our applications providing a good experience in our app. This way they can learn and fully utilize every tools and features.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
I haven't experienced any bugs or errors while I was using it. It actually work smoothly and efficiently. Very reliable to use.
How could the product save you more time or money?
More integrations to other web apps. A precise plan pricing would help as well so new users won't be overwhelmed with the sudden price change when acquiring the plan.

What exceeded your expectations?
I was really blown away by how easy it is to build beautiful product tours and tooltips without ever having to bug my engineering team for help. The new AI Copilot also works way better than I thought it would, helping me write the content and set up audiences in just a few seconds.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
I’ve had a few annoying moments where the element selector couldn't pick up a specific button in our app, so I had to spend extra time manualy tweaking the settings. Sometimes the preview doesn't show exactly what the live version looks like, which can lead to some small styling surprises once it's published.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
Setting up the more complex, multi-step flows still feels a bit clunky and takes a lot of trial and error to get the timing right. I also wish there was a more unified analytics dashboard so I could see how all my different tours are performing in one big picture instead of checking them one by one.

I’d definitely recommend it because it’s honestly the fastest way to improve your user onboarding without writing a single line of code. It’s a bit pricey for smaller startups, but the time you save on dev work makes it totally worth the investment.

What was your first impression when you started using it?
The editor was nice because it felt like a native part of our web app. I loved how fast our team could build a product tour without writing any code at all
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
The price for the advanced features was quite high when we were just a tiny startup. I found a small bug with the shadow dom elements that made me feel a bit worried initially
What new feature would you love to see added?
Adding more simple video tutorials would help our new product managers learn the system much faster. I want a better way to export our survey data into our other marketing tools for reporting
