How to Cancel CHASER

To cancel your Chaser subscription, follow these steps based on your payment method and subscription type:

For Direct Subscriptions

If you pay Chaser directly for your subscription, you need to fill out the Cancellation form to arrange a cancellation call.

• Go to the Chaser support page and fill in the [Cancellation form].
• This will schedule a call to ensure your cancellation is processed as quickly as possible.

For Chaser Partners

If you are a Chaser Partner, use the Partner cancellation form.

• Fill in the [Partner cancellation form] to schedule a call about cancelling your subscription.

For Xero App Store Customers

If you subscribed through the Xero App Store, you must cancel your subscription via the Xero App Store.

• Log in to your Xero App Store account and navigate to your subscriptions.
• Unsubscribe from the Chaser service through the Xero App Store interface.
• For any support related to this, contact the Xero support team, as Chaser cannot assist with cancelling Xero App Store subscriptions.

Post-Cancellation Information

After cancelling your subscription:

• You will lose access to your account and its data immediately.
• Your account and data will be preserved for 90 days in case you change your mind.
• To regain access, you must subscribe to a paid plan before the 90-day period expires.
• After 90 days, your account and information will be deleted.
