Theres a bit of hidden complexity for setting up chat flows. It will help if the app has a more visual approach for this.

What feature do you use most often?
Our team really values the Real-Time Messaging along with our internal Team Collaboration tools. They help us respond to customers on the spot, which is crucial. Plus, I can quickly reach out to a colleague for the right information without having to leave the chat. It keeps everything smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about this product?
I really appreciate the Advanced Analytics for giving a solid overview of team performance. However, I feel like it could use a bit more flexibility. There are times when I need very specific, detailed data, and it often ends up requiring more manual filtering than I’d prefer.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
I think we could improve how we generate weekly performance reports. It would be really helpful to have a feature that automatically schedules and emails specific views from the Advanced Analytics dashboard to management, instead of pulling them manually.

I would highly recommend Chatwerk (9/10). Despite a minor learning curve at the beginning. The amount of time we save using the centralized inbox and automated workflows makes it an absolute must-have for any customer-facing team
