    What was your first impression when you started using it?
    My first impression was that CloudMonki is incredibly comprehensive, offering a true all-in-one IT solution right out of the box. Having CRM, ERP, and collaboration tools housed in a single intuitive interface made the initial setup feel much less overwhelming than juggling multiple platforms.
    What slows you down when using it?
    Because it packs so many robust modules from accounting to marketing campaigns the initial learning curve for navigating between complex ERP functions can be a bit steep. Taking the time to properly configure the automated workflows for quoting and procurement to fit specific business needs requires a heavy upfront time investment.
    How could the product save you more time or money?
    It could save even more time by offering deeper, pre-built integrations with external third-party apps, minimizing the need to manually migrate historical data. Introducing more automated, predictive insights for inventory forecasting would help further optimize stock levels and free up operations managers.

    I would highly recommend CloudMonki to any SME looking to consolidate their fragmented software tools into one manageable, cost-effective personal cloud.     Performance easily tracked . It assist in properly identifying and resolving problems.
    What feature doesn’t work as expected?
    Setting up the monitoring configuration is a bit confusing. Finding the underlying source of problems is difficult.
    How could the product save you more time or money?
    Setting up notification and monitoring should be easier. Need to make notifications and report more understandable.

    Maintaining system uptime and performance is made easier. It makes problem detection quick.
