There's nothing frustrating about the app. It has everything that I need.

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

The workflow is automated. they also have notifications via emails and sms and document generation.

What was your first impression when you started using it?

My first impression was how intuitive the drag-and-drop interface is for connecting complex systems like ERP and CRM without needing to write code. It immediately felt like a robust tool that could save our IT team a massive amount of development time.

What feature doesn’t work as expected?

While the platform boasts seamless API connectivity, configuring custom connections to older legacy systems can sometimes require more technical troubleshooting than the "no-code" label implies. The dynamic document generation occasionally feels rigid when trying to design highly complex, custom-branded reports.

What new feature would you love to see added?

I would love to see a broader library of pre-built, industry-specific workflow templates to help accelerate the initial setup process for new users. Incorporating AI-driven suggestions to automatically map data fields between different platforms would also be a fantastic, time-saving addition.

It is hard to understand at first. Troubleshooting workflow problems also difficult.

What new feature would you love to see added?

It would be better if it include more precise instructions. Need to enhance documentation and support.
