How has it made your work/life easier?
It makes work easier because having all my customer history and dialing tools in one tab has finally stop me from using too many open windows and it causes work to extend. It also made my daily workflow feel actually organized.
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
The feature that doesn't work as expected is the AI voice bots sometimes struggle with complex questions and can be a bit awkward when handing the call over to me.
What could make it even better?
It would be a dream if they added more advanced design templates to the IVR builder so I could create even more polished call menus without starting from scratch.

What feature do you use most often?
I usually use the call routing and queue management as it helps organize incoming calls efficiently. It ensures customers are directed and assigned to the right team member without delays.
What slows you down when using it?
The interface seems to be outdated and not as intuitive as the other newer tools. Some settings take much time to configure too.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Much simpler call flows and routing rules. A visual drag and drop workflow build can make a huge difference for the setup too.

How has it made your work/life easier?
A breakthrough unified platform means I don't waste hours switching apps, and the self-service bots plus analytics cut down repetitive stuff so I can actually code instead of babysitting queries. My work-life balance improved big time, no more late-night ticket hell.
What slows you down when using it?
Setting up the bots and connecting all my messy client tools took some work before it finally worked. Sometimes the dashboard is a bit slow when I check reports during busy times, but it is fine for a solo dev.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
The bot setup and new integrations with my random client tools could be way less stressful. We need a one-click wizard with pre-built templates for common freelance stacks instead of manual tinkering. That would let me jump straight into handling tickets without the initial inconvenience.

Solid for unifying tickets and bots once set up, but that initial tinkering and occasional dashboard lag hold it back from a full endorsement. Great value if you're drowning in client comms, just not quite plug-and-play simple yet.
