What exceeded your expectations?

The passwordless login experience feels smoother than expected. It actually makes signing in faster while also being more secure.

What do you dislike about this product?

It can take a bit of effort to set up if you’re not familiar with authentication systems. Also, not all users are used to passkeys yet.

What new feature would you love to see added?

More built-in integrations with popular platforms would be really helpful. Better onboarding or documentation for non-experts would also make it easier to adopt.

What was your first impression when you started using it?

It is easy to navigate as I managed to get passkeys up and running on my site way faster than I expected. The integration is really clean, and it felt great to finally ditch the old email and password flow for something that actually feels modern.

Is there something that almost made you stop using it?

The documentation felt a bit thin in a few specific spots when I was trying to customize the fallback options. I almost gave up and went back and find other provider because I couldn't find a quick answer to a CSS styling issue I was having.

What new feature would you love to see added?

I’d love more "one-click" templates for different frontend frameworks. Right now it's easy, but having a plug-and-play component for every specific library out there would save me from having to tweak the boilerplate code every time I start a new project.

It’s the easiest way to give your users a FaceID or fingerprint login without you having to be a security expert to build it, if you’re tired of dealing with forgot password tickets and want your app to feel high-tech.

What exceeded your expectations?

This easily clicked for me, no need to replace existing auth as it just need to sit on top. Seeing why passkeys arent being used and actually understanding why is a game changer.

What’s been frustrating in your experience?

SDK across different browser, OSes and environments takes a bit more of checking than I expected. Well that was to be expected as it was needed to ensure that edge cases are accounted for.

What’s still missing for your needs?

Would love a more guided "here's how to roll this out to your first 10%" wizard rather than just handing you all the knobs at once. As the gradual rollout and targeting takes a bit of upfront planning to use well.

Good for team that HAS passkeys but are frustrated why adoption is bit weak. Worth a lot when you're trying to push adoption numbers up.
