What was your first impression when you started using it?

It impresses me on how professional everything looks. Unlike standard video apps where you just see a face or a messy shared screen, Crikle felt like a high-end digital showroom. It has made my life easier because I no longer have to transfer with different tabs or files during a call. It really helps me to stay control in every conversation.

What slows you down when using it?

The problem I encounter was my mobile experience because it gets buggy and also, the email follow-ups sometimes end up in the client’s spam folder, so I have to remind them to go look for it.

If you could change one thing, what would it be?

I’d love to see a native mobile app for both sales reps and clients to make on-the-go meetings more stable. To also Add an in-meeting chat feature for larger groups would also be great, as sometimes people want to ask questions during meeting without interrupting the audio.

Final thoughts, wrap up what you think

I would highly recommend it to colleagues who need to impress clients and close deals. However, I wouldn't recommend it to friends for just casual chatting, because it's a professional tool made for selling, not for hanging out.

How has it made your work/life easier?

It has made my remote sales calls much smoother because I can share my screen and present documents without any awkward lagging or technical problems. I also love that I don't have to ask clients to download anything since they can just join the meeting through their web browser.

Have you experienced any bugs or errors?

I noticed a small issue where the audio would sometimes cut out for a second when I switched between different presentation tabs during a live call. There was also one time when the recording didn't start automatically even though I had the setting turned on in my profile.

What could make it even better?

I would really like to see a more advanced built in editor so I could quickly make changes in my slides or documents right inside the meeting window. It would also be helpful if the follow up emails were more customizable so I could better match them to my company specific branding.

The way it makes sales calls feel more engaging is genuinely something i didnt think an app could pull off this well

I ran into a small audio glitch once but i think my internet was being spotty that day so i wouldnt pin that on the app.s

I think having more customization for the branding elements would be sick so it feels even more personal to your business
