My first impression of Deel was that it simplifies international hiring and payments in a very structured way. The platform felt modern and clearly built for remote teams working across different countries.

What slows you down when using it?

Sometimes the verification and compliance steps can take a bit of time to complete. This is understandable for security, but it can slightly slow down onboarding.

What problem did this product solve for you?

It helped manage global payments and contractor agreements without dealing with complicated legal or banking processes. Everything being handled in one platform made remote collaboration much easier.

The speed and the various payout options available I didnt think it would be as smooth as it is

What feels confusing or hard to use?

The document management can get a little messy if you have multiple contracts or need to find a specific past form so it took me some time to learn this

Maybe if there was a simpler and easier way to categorise receipts or even on my phone in the app
