What exceeded your expectations?
I like how intuitive the platform is from the start. The dashboard itself gave a clear view without being too overwhelming, even for first-time users. Tracking trends is also pretty straightforward without needing a lot of complicated manual setups.
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
Sometimes the data feels a little delayed at some point or not as detailed as I'd like it to be, especially when trying to dig deeper into some specific trends. Also some features takes a bit of trial and error to fully understand the whole process, so a bit more guide or steps would really be helpful.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
Would say a little improvement for the initial setup could be smoother. It would also be helpful to have a much more detailed guide or templates that would ease the whole process. Also, switching between different views or reports could be more efficient.

At some point, it delivers real value and makes trend tracking much easier compared to doing things manually/traditionally. Though this may need some improvements, all in all, its features are pretty doable.

How does this compare to similar products you’ve tried?
I find HeyReach simpler than other outreach tools I've tried. The setup is pretty straightforward, so even first-time users can easily navigate and use it. Campaigns are also organized, and it's not too messy or all over the place.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
I think at some point, there are some settings that I find a bit odd for me to align with my campaigns. It's more like a trial and error, especially by the preference of the user. Some parts should be more detailed or explained, especially when launching a campaign.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
I think better reporting of campaign details can add more value to this. Though the features are already good, I think enhancing them further could really be a big help.

What exceeded your expectations?
The interface really appealed to me. I'm not too "techy" at some point and I honestly find other e-commerce platform a bit off on design and features. Also the complexity to navigate. Surprisingly, Branvas really caught my attention on how smooth things and simple the process is.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
Honestly, the whole process of setting up my Shopify store, which I think is not related with Branvas. Since I'm new to this it took me a while to fully setup my store and get it verified.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
I think of the "test interface", though this is a good option. Especially if your new to the whole dropshipping thing. It's a bit complicated since you need to connect your Shopify store, so if they could somehow make it more easier that would be awesome!

I like how the features can help improve the workflow. The smooth process makes it more convenient, especially if your team lacks the proper work coordination yet.

It's still a bit new and not fully polished. Some features are still a bit confusing especially for first time users.
What could make it even better?
It would be great if the interface could be cleaned. And I think setting the feature more user-friendly could really be helpful.

What do you like best about this product?
The edit part and auto subtitles makes it more ideal for me. Even the edit features are pretty straightforward even for new time users.
What slows you down when using it?
I guess overall what seems to be a bit annoying is when you add a certain logo the whole font format changes.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Maybe make more features like a setting wherein you can just add the logos/ stamp directly without needing to reformat the whole font once you added it.

It's good, the features are quite easy to be explored not too complex just minor revisions.

What feature do you use most often?
I often use the contractor and employee onboarding. Specifically, being able to create contracts, check if there are any missing and send them out directly to the employee is the sweetest spot any HR/management head could dream of. It just saves so much time for us. Plus, being able to hire directly from the platform itself makes it more convenient.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
I would say the dashboard navigation can be a bit confusing, especially if you use it for the first time. Sometimes the menus are not too consistent.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Maybe making the interface a bit more user-friendly. Right now it's a bit complicated unless you really spend 1-3 days to fully explore it.

How has it made your work/life easier?
Honestly, I'm pretty impressed how they handle international payroll and contractor management in one platform. As someone who's not too good in juggling between multiple apps/tools placing them in just one platform is pretty convenient and provides a much transparent way to monitor how each transaction goes.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
I only considered to stop at some point when there was a minor delay in the payroll issue, which I know is normal to any platform. Though it was not a deal breaker but I somehow thought about stopping just maybe to avoid.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
I think the need to somehow make the dashboard look more intuitive, though now it does, but it's not that quick on the reporting side, though it's still manageable at some point. But somehow maybe that could generate a little faster would be great,

It's a solid, I mean doing almost everything in one platform provides convenience which saves a lot of time for the team.

Being able to deliver convenient grammar corrections. Specifically, contextual suggestions, assistance with rewriting the content, and AI detection tools to ensure original pieces/contents are created.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
The limitations for a free-tier account. Especially for those users whose only seeking some quick tasks and not entirely looking to use the tool in a professional/corporate aspect.
What problem did this product solve for you?
It was able to help me save much time on rechecking if the content or articles submitted are 100% humanly written or generated with the use of AI tools. This is essential to use for authenticity purposes for content.
