How does this compare to similar products you’ve tried?
I find HeyReach simpler than other outreach tools I've tried. The setup is pretty straightforward, so even first-time users can easily navigate and use it. Campaigns are also organized, and it's not too messy or all over the place.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
I think at some point, there are some settings that I find a bit odd for me to align with my campaigns. It's more like a trial and error, especially by the preference of the user. Some parts should be more detailed or explained, especially when launching a campaign.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
I think better reporting of campaign details can add more value to this. Though the features are already good, I think enhancing them further could really be a big help.

How has it made your work/life easier?
HeyReach makes LinkedIn outreach feel much more organized. The automation tools save time, and handling multiple accounts from one dashboard is really convenient.
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
Some parts of the interface can feel slightly cluttered when running many campaigns at once.
What problem did this product solve for you?
Making campaign setup a bit more beginner-friendly with clear instructions would be even more helpful.

What do you like best about this product?
The multi-account rotation is a lifesaver because it allows our team to scale outreach without hitting LinkedIn's individual sender limits.. Also, having a unified inbox makes it easier to stay on top of conversations on different profiles w/out constantly logging in and out and can also check other conversations of team.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
So far none. It is also faster when setting up and preparing the campaigns.
What problem did this product solve for you?
It solved the logistical headache of managing multiple LinkedIn accounts simultaneously for our lead generation efforts. Instead of manually switching between profiles and risking security flags, the platform provides a centralized hub to automate and scale our outreach safely.
