What feature do you use most often?
the sentiment analysis in DeepTalk is honestly what i find myself going back to the most bc it takes feedback that wouldve taken me forever to manually sort through and just surfaces the important stuff automatically. that feature alone justifies the whole tool for me
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
i got a little frustrated with DeepTalk during the first couple weeks bc the learning curve felt steeper than i wanted but i was trying to use advanced features before i had a solid grasp of the basics. slowed down went through the fundamentals properly and everything started clicking way faster after that
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
the reporting side of DeepTalk felt like it had a few more steps than necessary at first but we hadnt taken the time to set up our default report views the way our team actually needed them. once we configured those properly pulling reports became a lot quicker and way less of a back and forth process

DeepTalk is genuinely one of the more impressive feedback analysis tools ive come across and id recommend it to anyone who deals with large volumes of customer or user feedback and needs a smarter way to make sense of it all. easy yes from me every single time

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
It takes thousands of messy customer chats and actually tells me what people are complaining about. Instead of guessing, I can see clear clusters of data that show exactly where our product is failing or what features people actually want.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
I had some trouble uploading a massive CSV file once and it just showed timed out without telling me why so I had to break the data into smaller parts to get it to process, which was a bit of a hassle.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
The Connecting of new data sources could be smoother
