What was your first impression when you started using it?

At first, it seemed like a very basic platform, but as I explored its functions, I found it to be very structured and to have good features.

What do you dislike about this product?

Nothing, I find it very easy to use, very organized, and very useful for the tasks that need to be done with it.

Nothing, it has many tools, it has AI systems that give good suggestions, it's very complete.

How does this compare to similar products you’ve tried?

This free open source platform is much better than other commercial software tools. The drag and drop interface makes building complex diagrams faster than other similar programs.

Is there something that almost made you stop using it?

Learning the advanced multi layer design features took some extra initial time. Integrating the offline desktop application created minor delays during my first full week.

What problem did this product solve for you?

It removes the annoying need to pay for expensive commercial diagramming software. I have been using this for one to three years for my school projects and illustrations.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?

Its a super easy to use tool for creating diagrams. I've been using this tool to create flowcharts, sequence diagrams etc. for my DFS documents of modules I have created in my work.

What do you dislike about this product?

It tends to get slow with bigger diagrams, especially with slower devices like smartbooks. UI feels a bit outdated too and might needs a little bit of polish.

What problem did this product solve for you?

I can export my diagrams in different types, like as a PDF, Image, gif and even a vector file. Other free diagram tools tend to be simple but this one can do much more.

My colleagues are already using it. Easy to use, no fluff tool that is free with a lot of functionality. I highly recommend others to use this tool.
