How to Cancel Dial Your Leads
To cancel your Dial Your Leads product, which is likely associated with the Mojo Dialer, follow these steps:
Cancellation Process
- Log in to your Mojo account as the owner of the account.
- Navigate to the Menu located at the bottom left of the Mojo screen.
- Select the Account button.
- From the left side of the page, select the Billing or Subscriptions tab.
- Click the Cancel button.
- Follow the instructions on the subsequent screens to complete the cancellation process.
Important Considerations
- All account cancellations must be done within your Mojo account. Cancellation requests via email, phone, or the ticketing system are not accepted.
- If you are going on vacation or do not need to use the Mojo Power Dialer for a while, you may consider changing to the basic subscription for $10 per month to save your data until you need to start power dialing again.
- After canceling, you will lose access to your data, workflows, and features like lead import, email sync, and workflow automation. It is advisable to export any critical information before the cancellation is processed.
Post-Cancellation
- Once the cancellation is finalized, your account will be archived, allowing you to reactivate it later if needed. However, you won’t have access to your data without reactivating the account.
- If you wish to have your data permanently deleted, inform the support team before any data deletion occurs. All account administrators will be notified before any data deletion.
