Google Play Store (Android)

1. Via Google Play Store App:

Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.

Tap on the Menu (three horizontal lines) and then tap on “Subscriptions and Services.”

Find your Super Duolingo subscription and select “Manage.”

Tap on “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts to confirm.

1. Via Android Duolingo App:

Open the Duolingo app on your Android device.

Tap on the Super Duo icon.

Tap on Settings (usually found in the top-right corner).

Select “Manage Subscription.”

Choose “Cancel Subscription” and confirm the cancellation through the Google Play Store.

Apple App Store (iOS)

1. Via iOS Settings:

Open the Settings app on your iOS device.

Tap on your name at the top of the screen.

Tap on “Subscriptions” and find your Super Duolingo subscription.

Select the subscription and tap “Cancel Subscription.”

Confirm the cancellation.

1. Via iOS Duolingo App:

Open the Duolingo app on your iOS device.

Tap on the Super Duo icon.

Tap Settings (usually in the top-right corner).

Select “Manage Plan” and then “Change Plan.”

Choose “Cancel Subscription” and confirm through your Apple dashboard.

Web (Desktop)

1. Via Duolingo Website:

Sign into your Duolingo account through a web browser.

Click on your username in the top-right corner and choose “Settings.”

Select “Super Duolingo.”

Click on “Cancel Subscription” and confirm the cancellation.

Additional Notes:

• Expiration of Subscription: After cancellation, you can continue to use Super Duolingo until the end of the current billing period. Your subscription will not renew automatically.
• Refunds and Proration: Cancellation does not refund previously charged subscription fees, and they are not prorated based on the cancellation date.
• Account Deletion vs Subscription Cancellation: Deleting the app or your Duolingo account does not cancel your subscription, except when initially subscribed via web.

By following these steps, you can effectively cancel your Super Duolingo subscription on Android, iOS, or via the web, ensuring you won’t be billed for future periods while retaining access until the current period ends.
