    What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
    it is an all in one platform designed for local businesses without marketing teams. It is mainly a DIY thing but has a phone support which assist in setting up and address any issues which the user may encounter.
    What feels confusing or hard to use?
    The DIy dashboard is kinda confusing to use at first so you need to use the phone support so they can explain it better and navigate the site.
    How could the product save you more time or money?
    since it is tailor made for for small businesses it is affordable and offer solution for online promotion, lead generation and online visibility.

    an automated solution for small business owners who wants online visibility without sacrificing their budget.

    What feature do you use most often?
    I mainly use the automated broadcasting tool because it lets me post an update once and have it sent to my website, social media, and email list all at the same time. The "Call-to-Action" feature is also great for making sure every single update actually leads people back to my site to buy something.
    What feels confusing or hard to use?
    The interface feels a bit stuck in the past and can be clunky when I’m trying to navigate through the different marketing channels. I also found the initial transition from my old WordPress site a little confusing since I had to learn their specific system for "behind the scenes" management.
    How could the product save you more time or money?
    It would save me more time if the automated blog content was higher quality so I didn't have to spend so much time rewriting it myself. I’d also save money if they offered more modern, one-click templates that didn't require as much "heavy lifting" from their support team for simple site changes.

    I’d recommend it to any local business owner who is tired of managing three different apps just to stay active on the web. It’s a huge time-saver for keeping your presence consistent, as long as you’re okay with a dashboard that isn't the prettiest to look at.

    How does this compare to similar products you’ve tried?
    This website builder feels much easier to learn than other platforms. I love that the automated marketing campaigns run perfectly without any extra work
    Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
    The slow phone support times almost made our business leave completely. Finding the correct settings inside the simple dashboard took a few extra minutes
    What problem did this product solve for you?
    This tool built a nice website without needing an expensive developer. Our local shop gets much better traffic from the automated digital marketing posts
